It is really very pretty and realistic looking. It doesn't put out as much heat as I wish it could, but overall it's a very nice addition to our family room. I would recommend it and certainly the service of QSN Electric Fireplaces.

This product is more than great! I had a wood burning fire place that was very costly and messy. This product looks like the real thing. With the remote control there is never a need to get up, I just press a button and the mood is set!
