Waited for Fed ex all day until I discovered that the package had the incorrect address. I contacted customer support to help me and they stated that they had to refer the problem to another department, rather then address the problem immediately. Buyers beware!!!

Love it! Quick delivery! Perfect size for my 3rd floor fireplace. No more soot mess or carrying wood :) Love the look - realistic. Heat seems good but unusually warm weather to be able tell if will warm 20x20 room. Nice warm fuzzy feeling! Only thing missing is crackling sound and smell. Hope you enjoy yours too!

Love the look and heat from this product. Too much noise from the turning for the flame so will call customer service to see if this is normal. May have to return but hope it can be fixed as I like the insert overall look.
