Ordered on Friday,had been delivered Tuesday when I got home. It took approx. 15 minutes to take out the gas logs and set the electric logs in the same spot. Hit the remote and wal ah I had heat and flames and was a pretty sight. Will recommend to anyone.

came as advertised and very promptly - easy set up - good value. It isn't a wood fire BUT it sure is a lot cleaner and easier. Would buy again
