Great Product! I like all of the different flame and log settings. It is very quiet. durable and sturdy as oppose to other heaters I have bought before. Doesn't produce disgusting dry heat. Doesn't heat our whole living area that well, but then again we are in a two story house so it raises to the second story. Still an amazing product once we get some fans to blow the heat back down it will be great. Pros: Quiet, Cost Effective, looks great, and is very durable and sturdy. Cons: Didn't heat our room (which is understandable considering the circumstance) Overall this product is amazing! Would recommend to anyone! Sacramento,CA

the picture does not do this thing justice. it is so realistic looking everyone runs to stand in front of the flames.. this little thing was a great investment. best way to describe it is like the sun shine heats up the house. really impressed with the shipping it arrived in 4days.. great service too. i will be back to this site if i need another heater.
