I was initially uncertain about ordering a $600 fireplace insert online, from a company I knew nothing about. However, the item arrived in only a few days; was extremely well-packed; and is really well-constructed, high-quality, and very attractive, as well as being very practical. I would not hesitate to order again from QSN! Great product and great service!

I have seen many electric fireplaces by other manufacturers. Some friends of ours had a Dimplex insert placed in their brick fireplace. They had it running for us in the middle of the summer (in Texas no less). We decidied right there that a Dimplex is what we wanted to get. So when the time came we bought this 26" unit. It looks marvelous and catches everyone's eyes as they come into our home. We just have it sitting next to the wall in the living room. We don't have a fireplace surround or mantle. I'm going to build one for it. In the meantime it is soooo realistic. We have spent almost every evening since it arrived, sitting in front of it and just relaxing. It sets such a peaceful mood. And when we are done, we just turn it off. :-) No cleaning up ashes. Our friends love taking turns switching it on and off too. Always makes them smile. OSN did an outstanding job getting this fireplace here in one piece, and in very short order (ordered on a Friday and it was here on Monday). And Richard, in Customer Service, stayed right on top of my order and answered all of my questions. I would positively do business again with OSN. Thanks so much, Buck H Houston TX
